I think it shouldnt only be for hydranoid X but if you justify why i will approve it

This is hydranoid x's special ablilty card i made for him so it only applies for him

Juggernaut, you can't approved cards.
As for this card, the name doesn't fit it. If it is called "Darkus Drainer", it should allow Hydranoid X to 'drain' a certain amount of Gs.

Change the name, or change the effect.
